Maybe there is some info missing or something you are not seeing. I have no idea how you are getting this much infections or how your pawns are dying from them with 80% average tend quality during the whole infection, but these are my best bets. High age reduces immunity speed, so do damaged livers and kidneys Medical tend quality is affected by manipulation and sight too. Get someone to clean when you patch people up (seems handled) I also rarely get any infection, so I am not 100% sure what you are facing here. No idea if infections got nerfed a while ago, but it's been a while since I lost someone from an infection if I had a doctors with skill 6 and herbal medicine or higher.
